I'm here, finally catching up with all the beautiful sessions from 2022. I know, I know...I'm just about an entire year behind but that's okay! I feel like these things purposely get thrown to the side to give us photographers work to do in the slow months after Christmas. Or that's what I tell myself at least….
I'm taking it back to last February 2021, where there WASN'T any snow on the ground but still chilly nonetheless!
I first met the Simon family in November of 2020, when I took their holiday photographs. Megan is an amazing lady and love her and her support for my work. She wanted to document her and her husband's anniversary but also create an announcement for friends and family….can you tell what the announcement was?! We had fun walking around and exploring the Freemason District in downtown Norfolk with little man (if you've never been to downtown or the Freemason District, you should really give it a go. There is a lot of cobblestoned walkways and gorgeous architecture in the surrounding homes and all within a few blocks of one another). Unfortunately, the military is sending them away from me but I know they will have some really great adventures on their new journey.
